WHAT WE DO FOR AN END OF TENANCY CLEAN First we vacuum clean all rooms, cabinets, skirting’s, and corners for cobwebs.

1. KITCHENS • De-scaling of sinks and taps
• De-greasing of surfaces and tiles
• Cleaning and polishing to smear free of all tiles
• Cleaning inside and outside of cupboards, shelving, drawers
• Exhaust cleaning (outside)
• We do a general oven clean. Dishwasher door in out, microwaves cleaned.
2. BATHROOMS / SHOWERS / TOILETS • De-scaling of all porcelain fixtures, baths, showers, basins, toilets, tiles and shower trays.
• De-scaling of floors in wet rooms.
• Polishing of shower screens, tiles, baths, basins, and taps.
3. OTHER ROOMS • Wet wiping of all surfaces,
• Cob webbing where necessary.
• Cleaning of light switches and fingermarks around them switches,
• Any built in cupboards are wet wiped externally and internally.
4. LUANDRY • Vacuum walls/door for fluff and wash if need be
