To cement their innovative approach this company has changed their structure. In place is a dedicated General Manager to oversee the fiance & business side of the facility.
This leaves the Senior Care Manager to really drive & promote the facility. Your role will be to ensure an environment where residents feel at home and can enjoy a range of benefits to fulfill their lives.
The Facility
A beautifully modern facility that enjoys prime location in the Sutherland Shire.
Located in the heart of the suburb this site has everything within close proximity. This again helps to deliver this innovative approach to aged care where a range of amenities are on the facility's doorstep.
With over 100 beds it is a large facility but with plenty of support staff in place. You will also have an experienced Care Coordinator that reports to you.
The Role
As newly created role this will be very exciting!
Similar to a Director Of Nursing position but without the stress & hassle of financial duties.
You will focus your time on being the face of this stunning facility. Occupancy, marketing, clinical governance, care standards, quality and staffing will all be part of your duties.

RN Qualifications & AHPRA registration A very kind & caring approach to aged care Strong leadership experience within Residential Aged Care Excellent communication skills & a people person (very important!) Good computer skills Good experience with ACFI & Aged Care Legislation Ability to assist the DON with day to day operations
