The Role Using your acquired property and asset management skills, you will take control for the management of a large high profile mixed use portfolio with responsibility for capital transactions. You will have incredibly strong commercial skills with a flair for negotiation at the highest levels, and have a thorough understanding of property valuation and asset maximisation. The Candidate Your key responsibilities will include: Input into monthly client reporting and budgets and forecast preparation Use of the internal property management software Manage tenants lease obligations on behalf of a landlord Management of commercial, industrial & retail premises Effective communication with key stakeholders Negotiation of "make-goods" or settlements Resolving disputes when they arise Managing rental arrears Supporting asset growth and profit maximisation Capital transactions.
