A highly regarded full-service provider of innovative ATM products and services have an opportunity for a Client Services Representative to join their team in an ongoing temporary assignment with the opportunity to go permanent for the right applicant. The main purpose of the position is to maintain non transacting ATM queues by calling merchants to rectify issues. Working 5 days per week from 9am until 5pm or 8am until 4pm, this position will offer you the opportunity to work with a well regarded organisation that values its employees.
With onsite parking and a friendly working environment you will be reporting to the Client Services Team Leader. Your main responsibilities will include but not be limited to;
Calling merchants to investigate why the ATMs are not in service. Coordinating and managing troubleshooting requests to other business units. Persuading merchants to cash in ATMs when no technical errors are shown. Identify repeated trends for both non transacting and continually faulting ATMs and seek permanent solutions. Manage follow ups Maintain professionalism when communicating to customers. Effectively manage the Parts Ordering process: Acknowledge and respond to settlement disputes received Contribute to the overall business requirements of the call centre Contribute to a high performance team culture within the call centre
Working in a small team dynamic we are looking for someone with:
Demonstrated experience in a call centre environment performing outbound calls Advanced Computer literacy skills especially in Excel Excellent time management skills with the ability to work unsupervised Able to prioritise workload according to business demands Attention to detail and disciplined approach Ability to identify issues/problems and resolve
