As we continue to build our pipeline and support successful launches of new products in Neuroscience, interaction with clinicians from a medical perspective will be a major focus of this role across the therapeutic area of schizophrenia, mood disorders and pain management. We are looking for a talented Senior Medical Advisor to join the Medical and Scientific Affairs Team at Janssen. You may be an experienced Medical Manager or Advisor looking for the next step in your career, ideally with demonstrated experience in this specific therapeutic area.

In your new role, you will collaborate with key stakeholders and act as the primary Medical Affairs expert partnering with cross functional stakeholders to ensure successful access to medicines for our customers. This will include developing and maintaining a strong KOL network across Australia, driving programs to build clinical experience and liaising with key external stakeholders. Internally, you will lead collaboration between Medical Affairs, Sales, Marketing and Clinical Research to provide the fastest access to new products for our patients, medical staff and the greater community. In addition, you will ensure adherence to Health Care Compliance Guidelines, Medicines Australia Guidelines and all other relevant local regulatory and compliance codes.

You will ideally be medically qualified, supported by relevant pharmaceutical industry experience, as either a Medical Advisor/Manager. You have a well-developed commercial acumen, and your exceptional engagement and communication skills, with your strategic insight will ensure your success.
