Medium size Construction Company requires an individual with an excellent understanding of building services to work on a hospital project within the Sydney Metro area. With an enviable reputation for first class designs and high quality finished projects, this is certainly a great organisation to join. Established over 80 yrs ago there is not much that this company has not built and for that matter not many awards that they have not won.
Due to new projects won they now require a bright enthusiastic Building Services Manager to join there existing team. The immediate project is be involved in a major hospital project valued at $200M+ but long term you will be involved from initial stages through to delivery of the mechanical and electrical services on a number of landmark, commercial, aged care and industrial projects from $10m to $200m.
Building services experience health or hospital hard dollar tendering projects over $50M
Experience working for a reputable Builder
Engineering Focus on Mechanical Services
Good knowledge of sub contractors within the Sydney area.
Excellent communication / language skills - liaison with other areas will be required
