As we continue to build our pipeline and to support and ensure successful launches of new products in Oncology, we are looking for a talented Regional Medical Advisor to join the Janssen Asia Pacific Medical Affairs team. You may be an experienced Medical Manager or Advisor looking for the next step in your career, ideally with demonstrated experience in the oncology therapeutic areas.

In your new role, you will collaborate with key stakeholders and act as the primary Medical Affairs expert providing input into the regional medical strategy plans for prostate cancer (and other solid tumours as assigned) and driving the implementation of regional activities. This will include:
- Developing and maintaining a strong KOL network across Asia-Pacific
- Managing and executing regional medical education activities and advisory boards
- Supporting the development of regional study proposals, planning and execution
- Working with country Medical Affairs teams to implement regional strategies/activities.
Internally, you will collaborate with both regional and local cross functional teams to develop strategies to support brand commercialization activities and launch execution. In addition, you will work with internal and external stakeholders to identify regional data gaps and evaluate Investigator Initiated Studies proposals for alignment with medical strategy.

Your background will include either a Medical or related PhD/ tertiary qualifications, supported by relevant pharmaceutical industry experience, as either a Medical Advisor/Manager. You have a well-developed commercial acumen, and your exceptional engagement and communication skills, with your strategic insight will ensure your success. You will be expected to travel by air across the region and internationally, as required.
