Be vital to this role:
Reporting directly to the Marketing Director of Vision Care (HK Based) with dotted line reporting responsibility to the ANZ GM, you will manage the marketing and communications plan for strategic ACUVUE^Â® contact lenses including BME spend, consumer & professional marketing messaging & promotions. Based on consumer & professional insights & market analysis, provides tactical and strategic recommendations to achieve specific marketing objectives and outcomes.

This role really leads the partnership program with Independent Optometrists in terms of planning, executing and tracking activities. It will also be your responsibility to participate in trade marketing initiatives with designated key accounts.

Some of the key responsibilities of this role will include

Brand Development & Strategy
Consumer Insights & Market Analysis
Marketing Planning & Execution
Strategic Innovation & Launch Excellence
Manage Trade media plans & Trade conference strategy.

Qualifications

Preferably you will have come from a leading FMCG/Consumer/Health organization where you have had experience and success leveraging global brands within a local market. Having had exposure to the Ophthalmology industry & market place will really put you in a good place to thrive within the marketing environment at J&J Pacific.

With a business relevant degree, you will turn to data for facts and figures to drive your brand plans and strategies within the local market.
