We are currently working with a busy, global engineering consultancy in Sydney who need an ambitious and experienced Civil / Environmental Engineer with good technical and team leadership skills to become a key member of their group.

The role will involve leading a team of Engineers as well as managing key projects from start to finish including; Transport infrastructure drainage design, Flood studies, Urban drainage and Water resources projects
You will also be able to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, Prepare proposals and reports and provide specialist advice to team members and clients
What you need:
• BEng in Civil or Environmental Engineering
• Around 12 - 15 + years' experience
• Previous demonstrated experience in team leadership of Engineers
• Technical experience in drainage, flood and water projects
• Experience in relevant software such as DRAINS, xpRAFTS, TUFLOW, xpswmm2D, MIKE 11, HEC-RAS, MUSIC etc
• Good client management skills
