We are seeking a Recruitment Consultant who has a passion for design and can help us find talented people within the automotive design industry. You will be energetic, people orientated with enthusiasm that will see you learning from and working alongside an accomplished team, to deliver the best results.
In this position you will be part of a brand that is the largest Automotive recruitment company within Australia. Your eye for design will impress our clients and candidates and set you above the rest.
Responsibilities will include:
Talent sourcing the industries best candidates Develop a strong network in the automotive design industry Preparing job advertisements Screening and interviewing candidates Database management Building and maintaining relationships with clients and candidates
The successful candidate will ideally have:
Strong knowledge of the design industry (preferably automotive, industrial or product design) Proven background in successfully forging strong relationships High level of verbal and written communication skills Sound computer literacy and use of Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
