Reporting to the National Sales Manager, this exciting position will focus on marketing our oncology products.
Key responsibilities & competencies include:
- Identify customer needs and business opportunities
- Analyse sales reports, recognise trends and identify potential sales opportunities/ preparation of business plans
- Participate in customer meetings/trade displays, etc. as required
- Provide sound knowledge of products and explain features/benefits
- Complete key projects as identified and required for the promotion and sale of product
- Achieve sales targets
- Demonstrate âsafe and defensiveâ driving techniques
- Development and execution of key account plans

Key to success in this position will be your proven ability to demonstrate the following in a complex environment:
- Relevant degree-level qualifications
- Experience within the Hospital Sales with demonstrated results at an appropriate level
- Experience in Oncology and/or Urology would be highly regarded
- Anticipates customer needs and consistently strives to please customers and exceed their needs.
- Seeks out competitive advantages and alignment with organizationâs business strategies
- Works efficiently under minimal pressure
- Effectively collaborate with cross functional team members
- Sets own work priorities, uses tools (e.g. calendar, files, charts, etc.) and time efficiently to meet work objectives
