About the Opportunity
Do you want the opportunity to provide exceptional customer service in person? We are currently looking for a Customer Service Officer to join the team at Coffs Harbour to provide front line services to the community from a local office (Community Service Centre or "CSC"), including a range of client and administrative services that contribute to the effective delivery of quality services in a CSC.
Job Notes
This is a temporary role in accordance with the Government Sector Employment Act 2013 for a period of up to 6 months with a possibility of extension.
A talent pool may be created to fill both on-going and temporary opportunities if and as they arise.
Targeted Questions
To apply candidates must submit an up to two (2) page covering letter which includes a response to the two (2) targeted questions below and an up-to-date resume which clearly details their skills and experience as relevant to this role.
1.Please provide an example of how you have used your administrative and technical skills to achieve a work-related task.
2.Please provide an example of how you have used your communication skills to provide exceptional customer service.
Part of the assessment process may include additional online capability testing, skills testing or work samples in accordance with the new Government Sector Employment Act 2013, therefore you may be contacted to participate.

The Child Protection (Working with Children) Act 2012 requires persons engaged in children related work to have Working with Children clearances.
