The role:
Seek out new clients through a variety of sales/marketing initiatives
Service all existing clients and continue to strengthen relationships
High volume and strategic business development to build your client portfolio
Build relationships internally across the Kelly business and leverage off all sources of leads
Identifying leads and new business opportunities for the organisation and cross-refer information to management and colleagues & divisions
Maximising sales opportunities from client visits, networking functions and proposals
Proactively build a pool of superior class candidates
Embrace our 'One Kelly' value and be am ambassador of our Commercial, Industrial, Engineering, Finance and Scientific divisions
The person
Passionate about business development and exceeding targets
Intelligence, ambition and outstanding interpersonal skills
A proven high achiever in agency recruitment
Exceptional presentation skills and highly professional nature

A strong understanding of industrial business in Western Australia
