Then come join our team as our Customer Happiness Officer! Caitre'd Caitre'd is "at your service" as your office catering concierge. We find great caterers and sell their catering on our website to our wonderful customers - office managers, personal assistants and receptionists. The result = customers who feel valued and return again and again, happy office workers who love lunch meetings, and the best local caterers stay in business.
What purpose does the role serve? The primary function is to ensure each and every catering order is full and complete and arrives on time, using our proprietary order management and execution workflow. This is facilitated through a combination of custom-built tech, execution process and procedure, cheerful customer service and a touch of Caitre'd class.
What you will do: Working to support our amazing and awesome Lead Booking Coordinator, you will serve as the contact for customer and caterer communication, from catering enquiry to order feedback. You will qualify and direct catering orders to the appropriate caterer, propose options to clients, ensure quality control, coordinate logistics, review orders with our caterers, track each delivery, and get customer feedback.
Essential Skills Required: Previous hospitality / event management experience highly preferred
Meticulous attention to detail
A positive, can-do attitude and "growth" mindset (look this up! Super important)
Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
Love of all things delicious and strong passion for food and foodies!
Excellent spoken English (non-negotiable, you'll be on the phone a lot)
Experience in a customer service role highly desirable
