About the Employer:
Our client, a leading international paint company, is seeking a new Retail Assistant to join their team on a part time basis. The client has stores all over Perth, so you must be flexible to commute to different locations if required however this position will be based in the Claremont Store. They will require someone who is available to work three days a week on a rostered basis. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has exposure in the retail industry and who is looking for a new opportunity working for a global brand.
Daily duties: Customer service and processing of sales orders Merchandising and promotion support Ability to achieve store sales weekly, monthly and yearly budgets Providing product advice to customers in store and via telephone Stock replenishment Assembling orders for delivery Store housekeeping Essential skills/qualifications required: Must have the ability to lift very heavy items Some level of retail experience Must have driving license Must have full permanent working rights, ie permanent resident or citizen. A friendly, helpful and outgoing personality Ability to work as part of a team Excellent communication skills Superior customer service experience
Previous experience working with Bunnings or in paint will be highly regarded
