During this long term assignment, your responsibilities will include but will not be limited to:
Analyse and provide feedback and insights from the voice of the customer channels across the business
Build and maintain relationships with both internal stakeholders and external agencies
Lead the design and implementation of initiatives/ projects
Drive the agenda building advocates across the various functions of the business
Ensure prioritisation of the end to end customer experience in the planning, development and execution of products, services and marketing campaigns
Managing day to day relationships with local vendors
Customer experience reporting and measurement
Support and guidance on complex complaint handling and crisis management
As the successful candidate you will have:
Similar experience in developing the customer experience online and in stores
Tertiary qualifications in a similar field
Proven ability to work through complex business problems and partner with internal clients with a consultative approach
Project Management skills
Strong analytical skills - the ability to convert raw data into actionable business insights
Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Suite
