This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Sales administrator to join the most innovative market leader and premier agents in commercial real estate. Setting benchmarks of unqualified success across the full property spectrum.
This agent is meticulous in everything that they say and do, they are a Leading Agent that take's a fresh approach to helping clients buy and sell, deals with transparency and honesty, wants to be inclusive in their dealings with clients and he is looking for an ideal candidate to join them that values a harmonious working environment.
The Role:
Monday - Friday, you will be the driving force that keeps this top performing team's day in order. This role will see you utilise your administration, organisational and relationship management skills daily. You will be expected to prepare presentations, create and compare market analysis, liaise with the legal team and solicitors and really be the main support network to this extremely busy and professional Agent.
Your specific duties will include but not be limited to:
• Diary, e-mail & appointment management
• Liaising with vendors, purchases and solicitors
• Meeting & greeting clients, attending meetings
• Handling all sales administration
• Liaising with Vendors, buyers and solicitors when required
• Coordinating photo shoots, floor plans, marketing material & agent branding
• Prepare and attend proposals and presentations
• Manage exchanges & settlements
• Ad hoc administration duties
The Ideal Candidate:
To be successful in this role, you will have experience in a similar real estate administration support role with advanced administration & organisational skills who is looking for a new and fun change into the Commercial world. This is an integral role supporting a dynamic Agent. We are seeking someone that has a current Certificate of Registration or willing to gain, Own Car and Drivers Licence. You will have excellent communication skills (both written and verbal), Strong MS Office skills and be a motivated self-starter.
