This high profile and well renowned National Wealth Management company who take pride in offering their staff an excellent work life balance and great career progression opportunities are currently seeking an experienced Life Claims Assessor with excellent technical knowledge and strong coaching experience for a specialist role within their claims department.
The Opportunity
The primary responsibilities of this role will include:
Coaching and mentoring Claims Consultants within both the Group & Retail departments Being an escalation point for more complex claims and providing guidance to Claims Consultants around same Facilitating training both on an individual and small group basis Carrying out quality assurance on claims files and preparing reports for Management Undertaking file reviews to assist in the setting of authority limits for Claims Consultants Identifying opportunities for increased development within the Claims teams, both at an individual and team level. Maintenance of the existing training manuals in relation to assessment philosophies
About you
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
Extensive technical claims experience across all risk products Confident and experience in facilitating small group training as well as coaching on an individual basis Very good report writing skills and the ability to present to Management Experience in networking within a business and externally across the industry.
