Data Management Technology (50%)
• Work with the Data & Infrastructure Director to understand client business requirements around digital data management and assist identification of solutions that satisfy these requirements.
• Work with key stakeholders to manage the implementation of data management platforms including tagging infrastructure, taxonomy development and audience segmentation.
• Ensure integration of DMP technology with client media buying technology to ensure activation of data in programmatic campaigns.
• Work with clients to ensure DMP technology is leveraged to full potential through initiatives such as audience insights, personalisation, attribution and intelligent marketing.
• Generate tracking scripts where and distribute to campaign management teams for implementation.
• Analyse data to generate insights for client presentations in terms of customer profiling, lookalike modelling, optimal frequency analysis, cross channel effects.
• Provide monthly audience reports and optimisation recommendations to clients and campaign teams.
• Perform data analysis via the DMP to provide valuable insights for clients that feed into campaign planning and optimisation.
• Participate in the RFP process for integrating new technology into the Cadreon portfolio. Constantly review functionality to ensure Cadreon is always using the best in market technology.
• Establish development standards, best practices and quality assurance for DMP management. Assisting Audience Product Development (20%)

Skills & Qualifications
• 2-3 three years experience in digital marketing, preferably working in the programmatic space
• Experience using data management platforms such as Turn, Krux, Aggregate Knowledge, Lotame, etc
• Experience with tag management platforms such as Google Tag Manager
• Experience with data management and manipulation programming languages (R, SQL)
• MS Office fluency, including Excel pivot tables & chart making. Expert powerpoint user with the ability to create meaningful and insightful charts.
• Familiarity with third party data sources such as BlueKai, eyeota, eXelate, IXI, Claritas, Axciom, or other geo-demographic data a plus
• Excellent quantitative and analytical skills with the ability to draw conclusions based on data
• Knowledge of methodologies and tactics for optimising digital marketing campaigns (i.e., segmentation, predictive response models, etc.) as well as knowledge of online marketing best practices
• Working knowledge of advertising research and database tools, including Nielsen & comScore
• Excellent listening, negotiation, presentation, verbal and written communication skills, ideally comfortable in a consultative, client-facing environment
• Desire to work in an entrepreneurial atmosphere. Must be self-motivated and able to take the initiative to get the job done
• Degree in Marketing, Mathematics, Statistics, Psychology or equivalent quantitative experience
