Our client, who are a rapidly growing and respected company located in the Eastern Suburbs, are now looking for an experienced and confident property manager to hit the ground running and look after an executive residential portfolio.
The ideal candidate would have a minimum of 5 years' experience of running a portfolio independently and understands all facets of property management.
The Role -
Managing an executive residential portfolio of 180 managements
Working in a property management team of four
Mon-Fri with the occasional Saturday which is remunerated with a day off during the week
Good commission for bringing in new managements
You -
5 years' minimum experience as a residential property manager
Able to work autonomously
Highly organised
Well-presented
Clear communicator
Tech savvy
Essentials -
Current NSW certificate of registration or licence
Drivers licence and reliable car
