Responsibilities:
Identify and prioritise the training needs of their Store Managers and teams. Plan and design suitable training programs. Implement training programs. Exposure to delivering the Friedman selling system is desirable Measure the effectiveness of the training programs through completion rates, sales statistics, KPIs and team feedback. Further develop training programs based on the measurable outcomes and feedback. Ensure all training programs are current and are regularly updated. Reward and recognise (completion certificates) high achievers. Responsible for developing, coordinating and implementing the predetermined company Training Calendar. Provide advice, support and training to State, Area and Store Managers in training their teams. Including future succession. Execute Learning and Development strategies within the budget set in the Business Improvement Plan Excellence in Customer Service Ensure that you demonstrate excellence in service standards to both customers. Lead the training and development of team members so they are skilled and equipped to deliver service beyond Customer expectations and maximise sales by using the techniques outlined in the Training Module.
About you
3+ years experience in a Sales Training role Strong leadership skills Excellent communication and organisation skills High level of retail business acumen Strategic thinker, able to react quickly to changing conditions Great outgoing personality a true networker Ability to drive and motivated a high performing sales team
