Leading a team of Retail Area Managers/Business Coaches, you will have the opportunity to operate both strategically and operationally as you guide/drive this exciting business into the future.

What you will bring to this role
Proven experience operating both strategically and operationally within a structured FMCG/Franchised organisation as the Operations Manager, supporting the commercial success of multiple retail sites Proven Operational Management experience where you have been required to work in partnership across the leadership team incorporating: o Marketing - to maximise on marketing programs outcome
o Innovations/New Projects - acting as the voice of the customer in the partnership to ensure new initiatives remain relevant to the current customer base o Category Management - to assist in the establishment and retention of the right range of products that should be carried in each department. A passion for your people and your brand, as you lead coach and mentor your small but talented operational/business coaching teams Experience establishing training programs for New Franchisees to achieve compliance and consistency across the group. Experience in upgrading franchisee skills, incorporating goal setting and business planning to increase profitability Success setting and measuring commercial goals for you and your reports. An ability to develop concepts at both a macro and micro level Demonstrated change management skills Experience engaging and influencing all key stakeholders, as well as working in cross functional teams to deliver outcomes. A high performance, passionate and results-driven attitude with a solutions oriented approach Experience taking a lead role operating as the face of the business, managing key stakeholder supplier/customer relationships Advanced negotiation and influencing skills Relevant tertiary qualifications Your key responsibilities will be to
Set operational strategy to support the achievement of organisational promises and objectives, ensuring it is implemented and delivered upon Lead, coach and mentor the Operations Team as you build an engaged culture and deliver agreed results Achieve a high degree of Franchisee satisfaction Deliver an increase in customer count & spend in each store through standardised, timely and relevant training Establish mutually valued relationships with the business key stakeholders including Franchisees and Company Store Managers Take full accountability for the implementation of timely and relevant training to support the success of marketing and sales strategies Utilise customised reporting to undertake regular detailed analysis of operational performance to identify trends and training needs Develop training to support the implementation and delivery of new organisational strategies and promotions This unique role will enable you to showcase your combination of leadership skills, commercial management, strategic thinking & change management skills as you add real value to this dynamic leadership team and the overall retail stores results.
