The Role
This is an initial 6 month contract role but due to growth within the business, there may be the possibility of an extension at the end of the contract period.
Working with 2 highly regarded property partners with a close knit team, you will work on all kind of property matters including:
Acquisition and disposal of commercial, industrial and residential properties
Complex commercial, retail and industrial leasing
Structuring property finance transactions
Planning and environment issues
Sale and purchase of businesses
About you
To be considered for an interview you must have:
A minimum of 4 years' experience in commercial property
Ability to work autonomously as well as a willingness to assist the wider team when required
Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships is essential
