Currently seeking a customer service focused Student Adviser to join my clients Australian owned Registered Training Organisation (RTO), specialising in registered training for the financial services industry. This dynamic team in South Melbourne is looking for someone almost immediately. Full training will be provided for the right candidate.

What you'll be doing:
Your duties will cover all aspects of seminar coordination.
Provide on-line and phone based student support Service students with exceptional customer service Complete administration tasks (i.e student records, reports & general administration) Undertake day-to-day management students including: training plans in consultation with students, providing feedback on academic progression, dealing with student enquirers and difficulties Following up outstanding work from trainers/assessors Undertake professional development in the VET sector What we need from you:
You must tick all of the boxes below for consideration.
Proven track record in Administration/Student Services within an RTO (min 2 years' experience) Demonstrated competence using electronic student management systems An understanding of the VET sector and related compliance requirements Ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively in a team environment Demonstrated interpersonal and communication (written and verbal) skills Highly proficient computer skills across a variety of software packages So if you're a driven personality and have the ability to consistently meet KPIs & targets in a customer service environment this is the role for you!
