real estate investor who have grown to be a significant fund manager with an impressive growth strategy. Having proven significant capital raising capabilities from both domestic and offshore institutional investors, they have built an impressive portfolio of assets across the office, industrial, healthcare and residential markets. This expanding organisation is looking to hire an enthusiastic and experienced Senior Analyst to assist in the next phase of growth and opportunity.
The Role:
Reporting into the head of Investment Management, this newly created role will have broad responsibilities across acquisition and disposals, financial structuring, investor reporting, asset level analytics and strategic repositioning as well as broader product, funds and separate mandate developments.
Your Profile:
In order to be considered for this exciting opportunity, it is important you are able to meet the following criteria: Previous experience within a highly analytical real estate focused environment, specifially within captial transactions, funds management and/or asset manaement. A high achiever and looking to establish your career within an entrepreneurial environment and a platform that is on a rapid growth journey. Exceptional financial modelling skills.
