Fundamentally the role will involve the provision of advice around the d evelopment of major real estate assets, including infrastructure assets; i nvestment in real estate assets and developments ; s tructuring of real estate investments and c omplex lease agreements.
Essentially, you will have 2-4 years solid experience in real estate including exposure to large scale development within a first-tier or recognised property practice. Demonstrated ability to apply core property and commercial law principles to a broad range of investment and development scenarios, together with familiarity with other disciplines that impact on property transactions, including financing, tax, stamp duty, construction, trusts and funds management and company law.
