We are seeking an experienced, down to earth Collections professional to join this contemporary, fast paced environment where you will be responsible for managing your own portfolio of clients.
Reporting to the Credit Manager, your responsibilities will include but not limited to:
Warm follow up calls to your allocated portfolio of clients
Customer record maintenance
Invoicing and contract management
Internal and external relationship management
End to end management of your own portfolio
Allocation of cash
Follow up any queries
This role is an ideal fit for you if you have prior collections / credit experience together with expertise in the management and interpretation of contractual documentation.
