Your New Role
As the new Service Consultant you will provide service and support directly to our sales team and customers. Responsible for the provisioning of telecommunications orders such as mobile, fixed and data, you will be kept very busy managing a high volume of incoming service calls.
A normal day in the life of a Service Consultant will include:
Answering inbound calls to assist customers while processing orders and service tickets (an average of 20 calls per day per Service Consultant);
Processing service requests through the ticketing system;
Fulfilment of hardware and service orders efficiently and in a timely manner;
Accurately processing of orders;
Providing service in line with the service level agreements;
Utilising the CRM system to enter, update and maintain accurate records of customer communication along with creating and updating tickets; and
Positively contribute to the Contact Centre Team.
About You
As the successful Service Consultant you will either have previous experience within Telstra or a related business or alternatively experience in a busy inbound or outbound contact centre.
You will possess a natural ability to provide exceptional customer service through a solution-focused approach to your work. You will have a high attention to detail with the ability to multi-task (maintaining communication with the customer while actioning their request in the system).
