The new systems that are currently being implemented will make your daily routine simple and structured.
The Role
The key things to know about this role:
• Just over 100 properties and capped at a manageable amount
• Monday to Friday 9am - 5:30pm (plus Saturdays to be negotiated)
• Portfolio: 50% CBD based, the remainder are based around Southbank, St Kilda, South Yarra, Prahran, Collingwood, Caulfield and Northcote
• You will be responsible for routines, ingoings, outgoings, arrears, maintenance, VCAT hearings, open homes, lease preparations, processing rent applications etc.
• You will be required to use REST - knowledge of this would be advantageous but not essential
The Applicant
We are searching for a Property Manager who has successfully managed a portfolio of 140+ properties. It will advantageous to speak Mandarin however this is not essential.
**In order to be considered for this role you must hold your Agents Representative Certificate, a current driver's licence and reliable car**
