In the critical world of infection prevention, our marketing, sales and customer support teams are integral to our success in delivering quality solutions to hospitals and their patients. Due to a reorganization of our ASP business, an opportunity has arisen for a Product Manager to join our team, based in North Ryde. The key function of this role is to strategically manage the product portfolio to meet sales and market share objectives whilst also preparing the market and planning for significant new product launches in the mid-term future. Specific responsibilities include:

strategic and operational marketing for all elements of the product portfolio â€“ capital equipment, consumables and service;
driving commercial deal excellence and pricing optimisation;
creating opportunities to enhance our customersâ€™ experience; and
ensuring market and internal readiness for significant new product introductions.

This is a key role for ASP as it will shape the portfolio for ongoing future success. Given this we are seeking a high performing individual who can demonstrate the following:

previous success in healthcare marketing;
high level planning and implementation skills, preferably gained through previous product launch experience;
sound commercial acumen and a strategic approach, driven by strong analytics;
excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to deliver results through others; and
the ability to communicate effectively with senior level, internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications in business/marketing are required. Product launch experience covering strategy development and implementation will be highly regarded.
