This portfolio has a huge focus on providing QUALITY customer service and ensuring attentive property management is provided to the clean portfolio. Essential Criteria
To be considered for this role, you will ideally have obtained the following:
2-3 years experience in managing own portfolio Property Manager's Registration A Valid Driver's License and clean police record The ability to be presented in a corporate manner at all times be located in the area (not essential) You will also ideally be naturally driven, motivated and have a fantastic work ethic. This Agency is seeking an individual who is fast-paced, is organised, and has impeccable customer service levels.
