This government division is seeking your highly developed administrative skills to assist with the day to day running of office. You would be able to provide high level administration support with your experience with all Microsoft Office applications and demonstration of high level oral and written communication, negotiation and liaison skills.
Within your role, you would be required to provide support in managing budgets and have experience in or knowledge of Government procurement procedures and accounting systems. This also includes the ability to analyse data, and prepare professional reports and other publications.
This role requires you to be confident in working individually as well as part of a team, sometimes under pressure or adhering to tight timeframes.
This administrative role requires you to be aware of the importance of Work Health & Safety, Australian Public Service Values, and Code of Conduct.
