ABOUT THE ASSIGNMENT
Providing PA support to 4 Directors Taking minutes and attending weekly board room meetings Marketing responsibilities including; mail outs, brochures, listings and sign boards Preparing contracts from start to finish Invoicing and database management Diary management and coordinating travel arrangements Drafting written submissions Administrative support Relief reception when required
To be considered for this assignment you will ideally possess the following;
Minimum 3 years PA experience (ideally within the Property industry) Strong organisational skills Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite Excellent communication skills High level of accuracy and attention to detail Ability to multi task and work independently Neat & corporate presentation Strong references
