About the working pattern:
You receive one rostered break per shift Guaranteed hours per week rosters received one month in advance
Choose from the following roster options:
Tue-Sat: 5hrs per day: shift hours between 1600-0000, 25 hrs per week Mon, Tue, Fri & Sat: 5hrs per day: 20 hrs per week Mon, Thu, Fri & Sat: 5hrs per day: 20 hrs per week
About the role:
22nd February 2016 start date $44,290 pro rata + super + bonuses + shift loadings Permanent, flexible part-time role Inbound sales and services calls for the AAMI brand (motor, home and contents insurance) You will leverage your strong rapport building and customer service delivery skills Identify and refer sales leads to various other parts of the AAMI business We’ll provide you with training and support (5 weeks on-site, Mon-Fri 8.30am to 5pm, full-time paid training)

Sales experience! Be highly self-motivated and enjoy contributing to a team environment whilst working at home Strong work ethic and commitment to help our customers by helping protect what matters to them Desire to part of a busy Call Centre team Be passionate about developing strong relationships and identifying sales and retention opportunities Committed to creating positive conversations which are remembered Willing to go the extra mile and actively provide solutions to give peace of mind Demonstrate insight, flexibility and anticipates and addresses issues well Communicate clearly and concisely in the most appropriate and positive way
Key duties and responsibilities:
Answer inbound sales and service calls and convert enquires into sales by gaining commitment from the customer You’ll deliver exceptional customer service through educating your customers Meet and exceed KPI’s and targets – both individual and team based
