Essential criteria of the successful candidate will be:
A minimum of 1 year experience within a customer services / call centre environment
Client orientated attitude - a desire to help and an ability to see a query through to resolution, following up where required
A team focused attitude, proactive, engaged and genuinely interested in contributing to team goals and outcomes
Excellent communication skills, an ability to learn product information and explain in a clear and concise manner. An understanding of when to problem solve and when to escalate queries
