Be Vital in this Role

As a key member of the demand planning team, you will work closely with your internal stakeholders (including regulatory affairs, marketing and logistics) across both Australia and New Zealand, to maximize efficiency in the demand planning function. You will also engage extensively with your regional and global colleagues, as well as external stakeholders such as distribution chain partners and licencing authorities.

Responsibilities in this Role Include:

utilizing customized models to analyse historical data, trend analysis, product life cycles and market activities to drive needs base forecasting;
developing strategies to minimize expired and obsolete inventory;
working with all stakeholders to ensure supply chain readiness for timely new product introductions; and
preparing and analyzing regular and ad hoc reports.

Given our healthy product pipeline and strong growth projections, the demand planning function will be critical to the organisationâ€™s success. We are therefore seeking candidates who offer the following:

experience in demand planning, in a core product portfolio;
competence in using Advanced Planning Optimisation (APO);
strong communication skills, with the ability to engage at all levels, both internally and externally; and
excellent presentation development and delivery skills.

Tertiary qualifications in a related discipline and experience working in a healthcare oriented company will be highly regarded.
