The Role
Due to growth within their business an exciting position has become available for a Commercial Property Manager to join their team. In this role you will be managing your own portfolio of commercial properties where some of your responsibilities will include:
• Leasing Properties
• Arrears Management
• Property Inspections & Reporting
• Lease Preparation & Condition Reports
• CPI Increases
Skills & Experience
To be considered for this opportunity you will ideally have:
• Previous Experience as a Commercial Property Manager
• A Current Certificate of Registration & Own Reliable Car
• Strong Attention to Detail
• Professional Communication Skills
• A Strong desire to have a Successful Career in Commercial Real Estate
