We are seeking an ATR Analyst, who will be responsible for the providing financial support and accounting analysis for the J&J Medical business. The ATR Analyst will be an integral part of the ANZ Local Global Services team and will be responsible for General Accounting and Inventory for the J&J Medical business.
Responsibilities include
- Providing financial support and accounting analysis across multiple areas especially in Revenue and Inventory accounting
- Performs account analysis of all related balance sheet and income statement accounts.
- Responsible for auditing, identifying and correcting discrepancies and variances in various accounting reports.
- Prepares balance sheet account reconciliations as required
- Collaborates with the BUF to analyse and review results.
- Analyzes researches and recommends solutions for minor accounting issues.
- Ensures compliance with all laws and regulations associated with duties and responsibilities including J&J WWP’s and SOX
- Responsible for ad hoc requests/project work as required by department to support Operating Company and Corporate.

This role involves extensive liaison with leaders and key stakeholders across all three businesses. Consequently, we are seeking candidates with the skills and experience to operate effectively at this level, including the following:
- A Bachelor level degree (minimum required) or equivalent in Finance, Accounting, or related fields
- Appropriate years of prior professional experience in related field
- Strong knowledge of Excel and general accounting processes
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
