Management of a high quality Retail Portfolio Ingoing & outgoing inspections Building and developing new and existing relationships Rent reviews & lease preparation Drafting & preparing correspondence & documentation Advertising of available properties Sills/Experience:
Minimum 2 + Years experience in Retail and Commercial Property Management Current Certificate of Registration and Drivers Licence Immaculate Presentation and strong communication skills Strong administration skills Thorough knowledge of the Retail Tenancies Act Culture & Benefits:
