Our Client is well known top tier international franchise, set within the heart of the Inner West and are looking for an experienced Property Manager to manage a busy neat and tidy portfolio of properties.
With a laid back team environment, under an incredible director, this role has the potential for the candidate to progress into a senior role. Our client is seeking a highly capable candidate who has at least two years Property Management experience with a focus on delivering high level customer service. Experience with REST is desirable & a good knowledge of the Inner West area would be advantageous.
Sick of working Saturdays??? This role only requires one Saturday per month, with a day in lieu on a Friday making a long weekend once a month!!!!
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Managing a neat but busy portfolio of properties
• Tribunal
• Prepare Residential Tenancy Agreements
• Landlord liaison
• Routine Inspections
• Arrears
Skills & Experience:
• Certificate of Registration
• 2 years Property management experience
• Strong computer skills
• Excellent presentation
• Strong attention to detail
• Own car
