Having moved recently to new offices, they are now seeking an experienced Senior Claims Consultant to join their team.
The Role
Working within a team you will handle a full claims portfolio. The role will encompass but not be limited to:
Providing accurate advice on claims and processes for Motor, House,Agriculture,commercial Collection, analysing and lodgement of new claims Managing & providing support to the entire claims process Handling clients, loss adjustors, brokers and property managers, Providing exceptional customer service Processing claim payments in a timely and efficient manner Progression of claims to debt collector or lodgement on tenancy database
You
You will be an experienced Claims Officer with a stable work history. You will also possess the following:
Highly developed negotiation and conflict management skills An ability to analyse a situation and probe the accuracy and validity of claims Strong initiative and attention to detail Excellent Word and Excel skills Be able to work independently as well as within a small team. Tier 1 or Tier 2 would be preferable Commercial experience would be advantageous
