The Company
This is a fantastic opening for a 12d Civil Designer to join a leading global engineering consultancy in their extremely busy team in Canberra.
This is an excellent opportunity to work on some of the most challenging projects in infrastructure and land development, covering all aspects of civil design including roads, drainage and earthworks within a friendly and supportive working environment.
Job Description
You will be a working in the engineering team, playing a key role in the delivery of key projects. Other responsibilities include;
Civil design and drafting using 12d
Stormwater and drainage design
Work to relevant Australian standards
Liaise with clients and all other stakeholders
Requirements
To be successful in this role you will have a minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role, within a consultancy environment. Other key requirements include;
Tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering or similar
Knowledge of relevant local standards
Experience with 12d and AutoCAD
Excellent communication skills with the ability to work in a close-knit team
