Personal Characteristics: Excellent communication skills with a natural ability to delegate responsibility while maintaining a safe work environment, A natural ability to pass on / teach relevant skills applicable to too business venture, A professional attitude with attention to detail and dedicated determination not to let situations get the better of me.
