An adjoining door connects the room to a shared meeting room making this the perfect private office space. A neutral colour scheme provides a blank canvas to add your own finishing touches.

BUILDING â SHARED SPACE

The room is located in a character bluestone cottage with a combination of original baltic pine floorboards and newly carpeted rooms. Every room has a window that features views of the garden, large Sycamore trees and sky (there is nothing better for work productivity than seeing the outside world). The building is located in a quiet cul-de-sac with a private garden and vast outdoor space, that includes a basketball ring for down-time. Shared facilities include a meeting room (with TV and AppleTV) that can accomodate 6 people, kitchen (including coffee machine and reverse-osmosis water filter), male/female toilets (with shower) and a cellar for storage. The building has network cabling throughout, wi-fi internet (20mbps) and reverse-cycle heating and cooling. For security and peace of mind the building is fenced and has a monitored alarm and crimsafe doors/windows.

We are a boutique graphic design studio and ideally we would love to share our space with like-minded individuals â designers, photographers, illustrators, web, copyrightersâŚall creative professionals. We are an inclusive bunch interested in collaboration, networking and innovation. You will find us sharing morning and afternoon coffee and playing basketball, especially on #CasualShuesday.

PARKING â TRANSPORT

Private off-street carpark for 2 cars is included in lease. There is also easy access to the tram & train (Port Road) and the beautiful Torrens/Parkland Bike trail should you wish to ride.

LOCATION â HINDMARSH

A choice of cafes, pubs and restaurants nearby â Entropy (10min walk), The Loose Caboose (9min walk), Entertainment Centre (6min walk), fabulous Queen Street in Croydon (5min drive), plus a handful of Pubs within a short walking distance.

For any Soccer fans, our office shares a fence with Coopers Stadium making it very easy to attend games.
