Paella is currently an internationally-known rice dish from Spain. It originated in the fields of a region called Valencia. The best way to celebrate a feast for your palate with many diners, is a dish that everyone loves. Especially little kids.

Choose Paella is a great choice because is a festive food it`s entertaining, authentic and very delicious. It is also dairy and gluten free. We only need 2´5 square meters to set up.

Final numbers can be confirmed 3 days prior the event date.

We´ve got a wide range of paellas:

Paella Mixta.

- You´ll enjoy a paella with a traditional seafood mixed (mussels, squid, prawns, whole large prawns in shells), chorizo sausage, chicken breast and thigh meat, chicken stock, fish stock, smoked paprika, herbs and seasonings, garlic, saffron, chopped tomatoes, green peppers, onions, green beans, peas, rose mary and lemon wedges.

Paella de Carne.

- A paella with chicken breast and thigh meat, chorizo sausage, smoked paprika, fire roasted red peppers, onions, green peppers, saffron, garlic, tomato and seasoning, family secret chicken stock, rosemary, lemon wedges, green beans and peas.

Paella Marinera.

- This flavored paella has a classic blend of mixed seafood (mussels, squid, prawns, whole large prawns in shells), fish stock, smoked paprika, herbs and seasonings, garlic, onion, saffron, chopped tomatoes, green peppers, onions, green beans, peas, parsley, lemon wedges.

Paella vegetariana.

- This healthy paella includes seasonal vegetables, red peppers, green peppers, onions, green beans, peas, zucchini, artichoke, tomatoes, saffron, smoked paprika, family secret vegetarian stock, parsley and lemon wedges.

Paella Negra.

-One of the most famous Spanish dishes is the paella negra made with cuttlefish or squid, whose ink gives the rice the typical black color as well as a strong seafood flavor.

Choose your one and we´ll go on site and will set up everything for you. Our Chef's arrive 2 hour before the serving time for set up, we take with us everything we need so you don't have to worry about anything.

After serve the Paella we clean up everything and leave you to enjoy the rest of your party.

We also have other services available like entertainment shows (flamenco) , babysitters, music dj, band, mechanical Rides, Inflatable Games, etc..
