Web/digital Designer

We are looking for a mid level digital designer that is experienced in creating web and app designs from scratch based on the client/internal brief provided. You have a meticulous eye for detail and want to make amazing award winning work that turns heads and stops thumbs.
You will ideally have experience with all current design tools including Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch and a working knowledge of popular prototyping tools and CMS's especially Wordpress. You will be working closely with our Head of Digital to deliver award winning websites.
You will also work with our developers and have a great understanding of modern UX and UI and website personas and user flows.
Your design and style will be suited to todays web trends and you will want to create sites which are not only functional, they will create an immersive user experience.
Checklist:
Design with your own artistic flair but can take instruction based on client feedback
Bad design gives you nightmares
Understand web design UX and UI
Can work within a team based on delivering outcomes for specific timelines, due dates and can prioritise work themselves
Experience in web design - understand grids, layouts and responsive design
Great if you:
Have Previous agency experience
Have your own thoughts and ideas about design
Can hold your own with clients
Are on the forefront of web design and creative
Have a healthy appetite for fun
