In this newly created and critical position, our ‘Strategic Pricing Analyst' will be responsible for establishing value-based pricing strategies inclusive of existing products/new product launches and implementing appropriate metrics to monitor thereby optimizing J&J’s business performance.
You have a strong analytical ability to understand market dynamics, identify business needs, and to summarize large amounts of data into simple and direct messages. You will provide senior stakeholders with updates through accurate, actionable, timely and meaningful analytics and recommendations.
We are looking to employ a highly capable and experienced professional to develop and execute strategies that will assist in transforming the pricing capability of the organisation.

The successful applicant will have very strong analytical, communication & presentation skills. A highly motivated, self-starter with a clear bias for action. Progressive experience in pricing strategy and analytics, marketing, key account management, business development or a related field is required. Experience working in market analysis or management consulting roles within a healthcare company or related industry could also be advantageous.
On a personal level, you can build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels and can demonstrate your ability to influence and execute strategy. You have exceptional organisational skills, with a high attention to detail, and you enjoy working in a matrix, collaborative environment with a high degree of autonomy. Your experience is ideally supported by relevant tertiary qualifications.
