Shopping Centre Manager - Townsville - Redpath (Regional QLD / Townsville & Northern QLD)

Due to movement within the current team a position has become available for an experienced Shopping Centre Manager to be based in a key regional centre in Townsville Queensland. The focus of this role is to drive asset value and net profit including all revenue streams, whilst containing expenditure within budget.
Reporting to the Asset Manager, your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
· Management including leadership and coaching of Marketing/Operations teams
· Preparation and monitoring of a business plan including budgets of income and expenditure
· Retailer Management
· Build and Maintain all key relationships with internal and external stakeholders
· Understanding of the Centres’ key issues and trade area demographics
· Driving non –lease income
· Overseeing capital work projects
To be successful in this role you will have more than 7+ years’ shopping centre management and ideally have taken a centre through a development and / or stabilisation.You will understand the dynamics of managing a team and be able to drive the centre’s performance through forward thinking.
