We are currently recruiting for Relief Service Tellers to join a leading financial institution!
One of the Big Four Banks Attractive hourly rate of $26.58 + super Day to day variety and diverse environment
About the role
Your daily duties will include assisting customers with transactions, balancing end-of-shift cash, providing outstanding face-to-face customer service and identifying opportunities to benefit your customers.
As a Service Consultant you will provide relief to all branches within the South Brisbane District which covers Acacia Ridge, Carindale, Garden City, Morningside, Mt Gravatt, Sunnybank, Sunnybank Hills, West End, Woolloongabba and Wynnum. To be successful in this role, you must have your own transportation and the flexibility to travel to all South Brisbane Region branches.
Relief hours do vary week-to-week so flexibility is required. You must be available 5 days per week and be available "on call" for same-day assignments.
Skills and experience:
You will have:
Previous cash-handling experience and experience working in a customer service environment Experience providing quality customer service and matching products to customers’ needs Confidence to close the sale High attention to detail
