The Role:
Working as the Senior Analyst, you will have broad responsibility, to include asset managemet and analysis, acquisitions and disposals as well as extensive financial moddelling and reporting. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a diverse role across a prominent Australian real estate investor.
Your Profile:
In order to be considered for this role, it is important you are able to meet all of the following criteria: 5 or more years’ of profesional real estate experience, ideally coming from either a Valuations, Asset Analytics or Sales and Leasing background. Advanced excel and financial modelling skills are essential. Excellent academics including a Degree from a relevant field. Have a can do attitude, excellent work ethic, be ambitious and willing to step up and take greater responsibility as required.
